Every last detail had been thought through, the design, the privacy, the luxury and the convenience. The swim-up bar, the direct access to the beach, the row of restaurants and shops just up the road. The staff are cheery and greet every guest by name every time they see them. It exceeds the advertised photos. The sea view villas as well as the sea front villas are wonderful. With our booking we had two villas so had a chance to see all of them. There is a very large private pool just for the villas as well as a good sized private pool for each villa as well as the main pool with the bar. Once there it is also clear that each apartment in the block section also has their own pool, even on the first and second floors. It felt calm and quiet, although sometimes busy at breakfast, which has everything you might want including the best Thai omelettes, it never felt crowded. Just a handful of children.

My stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel was absolute stunning, eventhough they are still in the soft opening period,They still manage to make it so outstanding in all area. The hotel facilities , restaurant are very good. They got a very nice view pool, very close to the beach. The room was very clean,the bed was so comfy. The room pool was good to dip in for KhaoLak hot days:) I also go to The Sands next to the properties for my kids to use the pool and water park, very nice hotel as well. My kids lovess it!! The food in Parumpra was delish and beautiful. Do not miss the story telling from each menu :) Divine!! Breakfast at Kathi Reastaurant was very good. Various choices of foods. The staff are very hospitable :) Definitely will go back again!

The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Hotel's breakfast offering a variety of delicious options especially a juicy "Moo Ping" (Thai-style grilled bbq pork skewers). The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring Nang Thong Beach another popular beach in Khao Lak by walking distance. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

I recently stayed and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering modern amenities and a comfortable bed. One highlight was the in-room breakfast, which was more than ample for two people and boasted fresh, delicious options. Throughout my stay, the staff remained attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.

We travelled as a family of 5, myself & my husband & 3 teenage children (14, 17 & 19) We absolutely loved everything about this resort. The staff were amazing, always had a smile on their faces & nothing was ever too hard or inconvenient for them. My daughter celebrated her birthday while we were visiting & the staff made her feel very special with her bed decorated & a cake provided. The shuttle too and from the resort to the main street was such a perfect and convenient touch. We had tours organised through the resort, this was fantastic too.
